Prof. Giuseppe Trimarchi
Founder
An expert in corporate law, he has dozens of publications under his belt, as well as monographs, comments and contributions appearing in some of the most renowned magazines of the sector. In 2010 he moved his professional headquarters to Milan.
His professional background led him to an experience in 2015 where he served as Visiting Professor and coordinator of the MC&CL Master’s Degree program at New York’s Fordham University Law School. His fluent English and inclination for teaching have also allowed him to take on, since 2004, a teaching role for a preparation course dealing with aspiring notary publics, put on by the Civil Law Association.
He speaks English at the following level IELTS certificate.

Esq. Stefano Dolcini
A lawyer with a solid thirty years of experience accrued in some of the top firms in Milan, he is specialized in commercial, corporate and inheritance law, as well as experience in the realm of non-profits.
His expertise in consultancy and assistance is as follows:
- extraordinary transactions as well as national and international ones, including international mergers and demergers;
- financial due diligence and practical investigations;
- corporate reorganization for national and multi-national companies;
factoring alongside public administration for enforcement notices; - creation and commercialization of shopping centers.
Beyond this, he has vast experience in consultancy and assistance in the incorporation and/or modification of non-profit organizations as well as entities from the voluntary sector, particularly dealing with foundations. Another area of expertise is consultancy in matters dealing with inheritance and boards as well as audit committees from top national and international companies.

Gaetano Colonna
He has been a member of the official lawyer registry since 2009.
In 2015 and 2016 he took on the role of researcher at the “Civil Law” Association of Legal Culture in Milan.
Since 2017, he has been a Notary Public in the Notary District of Milan and co-author of various legal forms as well as articles in top legal publications.
With studies focused on international property regimes, he reflects such expertise in his work when constantly monitoring supranational legislation.

Esq. Laura Folliero
Her studies include Parini Classics High School in Milan followed by law school at the University of Milan, and she’s been a member of the lawyer registry since 1998.
She carries out preparatory analysis for procedures entrusted to the firm as well as envisioning the most opportune solutions (from both a legal and fiscal standpoint) for matters regarding:
- drawing up contracts for purchase agreements, trade, donations, annuity, mortgages, leasing and other financing contexts;
- share and appraisal transferring, company-wide or branch-wide divestures, incorporation of companies, persons or capital, as well as non-profit organizations, modifications of partnerships, organization of shareholders’ meeting minutes;
- legal opinions in drawing up contracts (doctrinal and case-law research;
- planning of personal and family estates;
- ; inheritance, division and sale for transferring estates. Future management of judicial disputes between heirs;
- marriage agreements such as separation of assets, capital funds;
- expert and head of the Real Estate Department;
- expert in Support Administration and as such has been nominated by the Court of Milan.

Anna Riberti
She assists Italian and international clients in corporate law transactions, practicing also in English and French, languages she is fluent in. She deals with real estate transactions and the devolution of assets in the area of inheritance, also in correlation with the nonprofit sector.
As a member of the teaching staff of the Master of Estate Planning and Wealth Management at the Ipsoa Training School, directed by Prof. Stefano Loconte, Anna is a lecturer in Comparative Company Law at the Catholic University of Milan, taught by Prof. Silvia Vanoni.
She has been a member of the Propositional Commission of the National Council of Notaries and a lecturer at the Viggiani Notary School.
Anna is also co-author of Formulario delle Società (Giuffrè) and contributor to the “Codice Civile annotato con la giurisprudenza” edited by G. Alpa and G. Iudica
